Your children trust you with their dreams; you trust us with a few details to write their stories. Here is, in plain language, what we do with them.
What we collect
Your parent email address, to create and manage your account. For each child, only what you choose to share: first name, age, boy or girl, interests, a few appearance details for the illustrations, and your optional notes. The stories we create for you, with their illustrations and narration. That's all. We never ask for photos or location, and we collect nothing directly from your child: they never have an account, never see a login screen, and never chat with an AI.
Why we collect it
For one reason only: to create and personalize your child's stories, and to run your account. Never for advertising. Never to sell your information. Never to train third-party models.
Where your data lives
With our cloud hosting providers, on secured servers. Some data may be processed outside Quebec; when it is, we apply the protections required by Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists, and no longer. Delete a child's profile, and their data goes with it. Delete your account, and everything disappears.
Your rights (Law 25)
You may at any time request access to your personal information, its correction, its deletion, or withdraw your consent. One email to privacy@lunello.app is enough: we answer as quickly as possible.

Cookies
Only what's needed to keep you signed in to your account. No advertising trackers, here or anywhere else in the app.
