The ground rules, written to be read. By using Lunelo, you agree to the following.
The service
Lunelo creates personalized AI-generated children's stories, illustrated and narrated, where your child is the hero. You must be 18 or older to open an account. You, the parent, create the profiles and choose what gets read at home.
The subscription
The Family subscription costs $14.99 CAD per month or $119 CAD per year, plus taxes. It renews automatically, and you can cancel anytime: it then stays active until the end of the paid period. Without a subscription, you get 2 free stories, no card required.
Fair use
"Unlimited stories" means reasonable family use: up to 50 new stories per month per subscription. Re-reading and re-listening never count and are never limited.
The content
Every story is AI-generated, passes an automated safety check, and follows writing rules adapted to your child's age. You remain the best judge of what you read to your child. Stories are for your personal, family use, including printing at home; they may not be resold.
Curriculum alignment
Lunelo aligns with the programs of the Quebec Ministry of Education; this does not imply any approval from the Ministry.
Accounts and security
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; let us know quickly if anything seems off.
Liability
We do everything to keep the service reliable and safe, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid in the last twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
